For everyone who attended it was an amazing night. All the glitz and glamour all the sparkle and fizz. with an amazing atmosphere and far to much to drink.The support on our side was amazing, the loudest crowd so far, we out screamed them all.
We met on Saturday at 12.30 pm outside the Scorpion kickboxing gym. All ready to go, but still had some stragglers, and with some luck an extra pair of seats for some. Surrounded by an organised well mannered but stern bus driver called Heidi, who managed to keep a lid on it. We actually where quiet a well behaved crowd. Naturally we had to stop of at the service station for a Mc Donald's. But it had to be done,, part of the rituals I was told.My fort'e was to snooze on the bus, so i missed out on some of the fun,, but no matter what happened , all we wanted is get to the venue and support our boy's and girls on the night.

While any type of vigorous activity will release these feel-good chemicals, group exercise enhances their impact, according to researchers from the Institute of Cognitive and Evolutionary Anthropology in Oxford, England.
